Goose Egg & Chicken Egg

Buff Orpington egg on the left
African Goose egg on the right
Chickens lay regularly each day
Geese lay about 1 a day in clutches of about 22-26 once a year
Goose eggs are higher in cholesterol than any other egg,
and are equal to about 4 chicken eggs,
which makes them perfect for rich cakes and pies
( I can hardly finish 1/4 of a goose egg omlette they are so rich!)
