Hummingbird Hill's Ruby Throat Warmer
  • 1 cup of cranberry juice, 
  • 1/2 tsp  of cinnamon  or a stick if you have one.. 
  • 1 tsp of raw honey 
  • 1/2 of a fresh lemon, juiced and sliced.
  • Heat on the stove till simmering. 
  • Sip slowly.. 
Guaranteed to warm you up on cold day or night!
